Prior to this, Tom served as an R&D Manager at 301 INC, further solidifying his experience in research and development within the industry.

Additionally, he held the position of Senior Scientist II - Disruptive Innovation Cereal at General Mills, highlighting his focus on innovative and groundbreaking projects.
