Before joining STAGE TEN, Tom held the position of Director of Carrier Services at QuickPlay Media, where he played a pivotal role in broadening the company's engagement within the Canadian Telco industry and enhancing its over-the-top (OTT) video offerings. His professional journey also includes senior sales and professional services roles in various prominent organizations across Europe and North America.

Tom's diverse professional background encompasses stints at notable companies such as Xerox Global Services, NetManage, Simware, and AGRA Monenco. Additionally, he was a founding member of minglo.com, an innovative wireless marketplace catering to the UK construction sector.

In terms of education, Tom pursued a B.A.A. in Applied Geography at Ryerson University, providing him with a strong academic foundation to complement his extensive practical experience.

Throughout his career, Tom Novakoski has honed his skills in sales, business development, strategic planning, and customer relationship management, making him a versatile and accomplished leader in the realm of IT and software sales.
