I am a motivated and passionate insurance and financial services professional with more than ten years of professional experience. I am also an entrepreneur as the owner of Tom Sweeney State Farm Agency. My goal day in and day out is to improve the lives of the people I meet, through a process of helping them identify and plan for the risks they may face in their daily lives, guide them in recovery when the unexpected does occur, and help them identify, plan, and reach for their goals, whatever that might be. I typically look at planning as a comprehensive look at many interlocking pieces, much like putting a puzzle together, and it is impossible to recommend one piece without identifying and analyzing the rest. Despite the many hats I wear as both an owner and producer, I continually strive for excellence in all that I do and always work to improve my craft. To that end, I am currently pursuing my Chartered Financial Consultant designation, an advanced designation from the American College of Financial Services. I try my best to never fit into the insurance salesperson convention, although do hope that my experience and knowledge in the subject matter does enhance the quality of life and decisions for my clients. Personally, I love to cook, try to buy local, organic produce where possible, and love spending time with my wife and three beautiful girls.
