To All My LinkedIn Contacts & Friends,

As some of you noticed a few weeks back, I’m launching a new business coaching business. Here’s the press release announcing the launch:

https://lnkd.in/esYKA9S

Going back to my consulting days at Deloitte, I’ve always loved learning new industries and businesses and helping the owners and leaders of those businesses grow and improve them. Now, I’m going to do that full-time with an extra emphasis on helping the owners and leaders grow and prosper as well.

Bill Gates said everyone needs a coach and Eric Schmidt, the former CEO of Google and current Executive Chairman of Alphabet, said the best business advice he ever got was to have a coach. Every champion needs a coach and there’s tremendous power in the coaching process for business leaders. I’m excited to leverage my 30+ years of experience and the FocalPoint coaching curriculum to help business leaders realize that power.

If you know a business owner or leader (or maybe it’s you) that is struggling, desiring to be more effective, or seeking to get their business to the next level, I’d love an introduction … no hard selling, just a coaching conversation to understand their challenges to see if I can be of assistance. So, please send them my way.

All the Best,

Tom
