At MSD, the largest pharma company in the Netherlands, Tom is dedicated to inventing innovative medicines and solutions to address unmet medical needs. His role involves collaborating with healthcare professionals and hospitals to enhance people's health and well-being.

Tom is known for his strong leadership skills, team-player attitude, and expertise in analyzing complex situations to drive organizational success. His academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Molecular Research and Biotechnology from Avans University of Applied Sciences, and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Radboud University.

Previously, Tom held various roles at MSD Nederland, including Associate Director Commercial, Associate Director Strategic Pricing, Demand Planning & Pricing Manager, and Customer and Disease Understanding Manager. Prior to MSD, he served as a Rayon Manager at Eli Lilly.
