Anniversaries always trip me up.
We rightfully cherish and celebrate our milestones - personal and professional alike.
Personally, I find myself deep down the rabbit hole of reflection whenever a significant anniversary comes up.
In this particular instance, it is my 1 year anniversary at Manhattan Associates.
So what have we been working on for the past year?
A lot.
When the team at MA welcomed me in, we set out on a shared mission to provide retailers around the world with highly effective solutions built to support their evolving store footprints.
That said, as an organization radically focused on moving commerce forward, we recognize that not everyone can snap their fingers and implement our solutions.
So what can we do for the retailers out there that can’t (yet) take on such an initiative?
We landed on shared knowledge - education is a pillar of every great community and retail is no different.
Along with our friends at Incisiv, Google and Zebra Technologies, we’ve spent the the past few months creating a framework to capture and measure the various omnichannel services being offered by retailers.
Based on insight from real purchases, returns, and customer journeys across digital and physical channels, the 2023 Benchmark Index for Specialty Retail is the result of extensive research.
And we're giving it away.
Of the 124 retailers benchmarked, 15 emerged as leaders.
