Highlights
I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Lead Customer Experience Researcher at Centene Corporation! Excited to get back to client side work with a great team!
I'm very excited to share that I have recently accepted a new position and the green banner is coming down! I'll share more details on my new role as I get closer to the start date. But this post is just to say thank you.
The job search was a long and draining one. But I was always lifted up by my network - you made introductions, sent me job postings, took breaks in your busy days to catch up with me, and just generally boosted me in ways I needed. Each person I connected with over this search gave me a confidence boost - you reminded me that I am good at what I do and a good teammate.
I see a lot of posts giving advice to job seekers, which you certainly don't need from me. So I'll give a piece of advice to those not on the market - reach out to your connections who are open to work. Tell them how capable they are and how any company would be lucky to get them. More than likely, they need a little pick-me-up because it is rough out there.
Thank you all for those little boosts to carry me through. Now some intentional time off and back to work!
