Tracey Gray is a highly accomplished professional with a strong background in public administration and business administration.

She holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Syracuse University - Maxwell School, where she also completed a program in National Security Studies. Additionally, Tracey has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Bucknell University.

With a vast and diverse professional experience, Tracey has held key positions in various organizations. She currently serves as the Vice President of Communications and External Affairs at Raytheon Intelligence & Space.

Previously, Tracey held significant roles at Raytheon, including Vice President of Communications and Public Affairs for Space and Airborne Systems, Vice President of Communications for Global Business Development, Director of Public Affairs, Senior Manager of Operations and Integrated Supply Chain, and Strategic Planning Manager.

Prior to her tenure at Raytheon, Tracey gained valuable experience in the public sector, working as a Special Assistant in the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence at the United States Department of Defense. She also served as a Program Analyst at the Pentagon and was a Presidential Management Fellow in the US Navy.

Tracey's political experience includes working on the Gore/Lieberman Campaign and serving in the Office of the Vice President at The White House. Her diverse background provides her with a unique perspective that blends public administration, business, and national security.
