Tracey Primrose is a communications professional who has held several positions within Jesuit organizations. Since 2018, she has served as the provincial assistant for communications for the Jesuits West Province, responsible for spearheading communications for the Society of Jesus in 10 western states of the U.S.1
Prior to her current role, Tracey served for six years as the secretary for communications for the Jesuit Conference of Canada and the United States, based in Washington, D.C.1 In this position, she promoted common goals and oversaw international projects for the Society of Jesus in Canada and the United States.
Tracey has an extensive background in communications and media relations. She was a partner at CP Communications, where she counseled various clients including corporations, nonprofits, and cultural organizations. She also worked at Edelman Public Relations Worldwide in Washington, D.C., the National Trust for Historic Preservation, and began her career at C-SPAN.1
A graduate of Georgetown University, Tracey is described as the proud mother of four Jesuit-educated sons.1 Her experience in Jesuit communications includes writing for Jesuit publications and involvement in various Jesuit initiatives.23
