Visa and Copia! Goes together like peanut butter and jelly ... or cookies and milk! All great eCommerce businesses around the world, from Amazon in North America to Mercado Libre in Latin America to Alibaba in Asia, all have substantial financial services businesses. It common sense if you think about it... consumers need access to savings, credit and flexible payments where and when they are buying household goods. While fintechs appear to be ubiquitous in 2023, they have not yet reached the African mass market Copia serves. Until now! We are really proud to bring Visa's stellar financial services to the last global frontier where we can financially empower millions of lower income families.
