Highlights
When people hurt us, we tend to focus on their impact instead of their intent. However, when we hurt people, we tend to focus on our intent instead of our impact. I've had a few Will Smith moments in my life where I did something out of character. What I've learned along the way is that the people you let speak into your life at your lowest moment are just important as your lowest moment. You need people to remind you who you are, not just what you've done.
May we never forget that women and girls represent half of the world's population and, therefore, also half of its potential.
