EXCITING #HYDROGEN NEWS!!!
HyTerra has just announced that Fortescue will acquire a strategic 39.8% interest in HyTerra for A$21.9M as part of a Strategic Alliance Agreement, valuing the company at A$55M.
This news is very exciting, insofar as it will provide material funds for significant additional leasing together with an agreed geophysics and expanded exploration drilling campaign at HyTerra's Nemaha Project in the USA, and will enable new exploration opportunities globally. Notably, HyTerra expects to advance an expanded six-well #exploration campaign in Q4 2024.
Congratulations to Benjamin Mee and the HyTerra team on this major milestone!
