I've spent a career in the Venture Capital arena. I've seen investment trends come and go, I've seen sectors get hot, get cold, get lots and get old!
Through it all, I've noticed that the biggest challenge facing every single venture deal is the information asymmetry between Founders and Investors. They simply do not speak the same language, and this translates into missed opportunities, wasted innovation, and inefficient capital allocation.
I've always prided myself on threading the needle and providing insights and clarification during the process. For the past 10 days, I've been training a ChatGPT model on the benefit of 25 years of venture investing. I call it Venture Church, and its now open and available to the public.
Venture Church references materials from some of the great investors and thinkers on Venture Capital ... people like Fred Wilson, Brad Feld, Scott Kupor, Vinod Khosla and about 300 other investors that I trained the model to reference that you've never heard of, but I've seen do amazing work.
