Tristan Layton is a seasoned communications consultant providing training and strategic guidance to corporations, non-profits, startups, and individuals.

With a focus on presentations, media interviews, executive coaching, customer service, and crisis communications, Tristan boasts over eight years of experience in crisis communications training for British Airways in the Americas.

His expertise spans various industries and organizations, having worked with renowned names like The Ralph Lauren Company, Warner Music, Fairmont Hotels, and The Rudd Foundation, as well as with entrepreneurs, authors, and celebrities.

Tristan's career commenced at Saatchi and Saatchi Advertising in the UK and later ventured into entertainment publicity in the British film and television sector, eventually landing him a role at The Body Shop International.

During his tenure at The Body Shop, Tristan was personally selected by the late Dame Anita Roddick to serve as both an external spokesperson and an internal communications trainer before transitioning to the USA as the Director of Communications Training.

In 2014, Tristan played a pivotal role in the rebranding and repositioning of the Dream Foundation, a unique organization granting final dreams for terminally ill adults, by establishing corporate partnerships and spearheading the formation of the New York Advisory Council.
