Highlights
Volunteer day at RSM is by far my favorite day of the year, and this year was no exception! For 9 years running, our Minneapolis office has committed to Achieve Twin Cities and Minneapolis Public Schools to adopt one of their schools to help breathe some fresh energy and enthusiasm into their chosen facility. As co-executive sponsor with Jamie Woell, I’m overflowing with pride as nearly 500 of our Partners and employees came together to volunteer their time and talents, renewing and refreshing Camden High School this year. Their collective effort has transformed this space and strengthened our community spirit. Witnessing such dedication and unity is truly inspiring. Thank you to each volunteer for making a tangible difference and shaping a brighter future for our students!
As a part of the famed Grilling Dream Team with Doug Opheim, Mike Kirley and Eric Gidlow, we had the privilege of cooking for not only our volunteers, but also school administrators, teachers and staff and, new for this year - Camden hosts a summer camp for kids, and so a whole lot of hot dogs were on the menu this year!
Led by our fearless Food and Beverage team captain, Kat Carlson, we shopped (and shopped) at Costco the day before - with so much food, that we actually had to check out twice so we could drop off our first load of food at our vehicles!
Last but certainly not least, a massive thank you to Marit Plowman and Casey McGuire (Syvertsen) for once again leading RSM Volunteer Day. Your leadership and passion are inspiring - thank you!
RSM is happy to announce that the RSM US Foundation recently made a donation of $253K to Boys & Girls Clubs of America, one of several organizations RSM supports at the national level. Learn more: https://rsm.buzz/3WEIjs3
