Many people intend to exercise but fail to do so consistently. So, how do you bridge the exercise intention-behavior gap?
In this short clip from my conversation on The SuperSet podcast (link below), I share Tonal data on hundreds of thousands of members, highlighting some of the strongest associations with high levels of exercise consistency (a small exercise intention-behavior gap) and how others may apply these insights in their training.
From observational data, we can’t infer causality. However, I believe there is strong empirical and anecdotal evidence (plus a lot of Tonal users) to suggest these strategies definitely won’t hurt and are very likely to help.
