Ty's expertise expands across various psychometric assessments like SHL, Plum test, and Thomas International. Moreover, Ty is proficient in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems such as ICIMS, Greenhouse, and Avature, along with other tools like Tableau, Salesforce, and Workday.

Having dual citizenship in New Zealand and Thailand, Ty showcases a diverse background that enhances the global perspective brought to the recruitment role. Ty's educational journey includes a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Unitec Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Otago.
