Highlights
The danger of too many options...
A common challenge I see when a client hits the sweet spot of momentum is they want to do 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲.
We create a lead magnet or offer that is just crushing for them and the typical response is along the lines of "Great, let's create 3 new offers or lead magnets and start promoting those ASAP."
And I get it.
When something hits, you want to ride that wave of momentum for as long as possible.
But by introducing more offers or more lead magnets - it dilutes your original message and momentum slows down.
What happens is that you get tired of your message much faster than your audience.
Let's break this down...
Let's say you have an email list of 10,000 subscribers. Your average open rate is 30%
That means that if you emailed your list 4x about a new offer... only 3,000 of the 10,000 have seen it.
And that's assuming only the same people are opening the emails.
I would guess the true number is closer to 4,000 unique subscribers seeing the offer.
But that's still less than 1/2 of your subscriber list.
Anything you promote on social media is typically worse.
Meaning if you have an audience of 10,000 followers or connections - you can expect that even less people are seeing it there.
You see how you're going to burn out on your offers much faster than your audience?
So when you find an offer or a lead magnet that hits and gaining momentum - The 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 thing to do is double down.
Figure out ways to reframe the offer. Tell more stories and create more content about that offer. Start testing different CTA's to see what gets the better response - for that offer.
The worst thing you can do is take your focus off of what's getting you momentum in the first place.
In my experience, you just need 1 offer or lead magnet that works to build a ton of momentum.
Critical automations for sales won the 5-day email course poll.
Technically "improving deliverability" got more votes... But I received more comments and DMs about sales pipeline stuff.
So that's what I'm building starting 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆.
I've got a rough outline mapped out, but I could still use your help.
My goal would be that you make at least one new sale from this mini-course. (no guarantees, but I want it to be that good and in-depth).
What would be most helpful to you 𝗶𝗻 the course?
The course will include: ✅ Automation maps - so you know exactly how to build it. ✅ Email Structure and Templates - that you can install right away. ✅ Video reviews - so you understand the why behind certain triggers.
What else would be extremely helpful to you in the mini-course?
