The history of Forever Cheese is rooted in the Roman countryside. More specifically, it all began with Genuine Fulvi® Pecorino Romano, made by our co-founder Pierluigi Sini’s family outside of Rome and one of the last producers of Pecorino Romano DOP left in the region of Lazio. This past week I was able to visit Buonatavola where this cheese has been made since 1957 and experience the signature flavor of Fulvi which is sweet, well-balanced and soft in texture. A cheese and category I still have much to learn but so lucky to experience it up close with such a passionate team. Forever Cheese #pecorinoromano #DOP #tradition
