Tyler Radford is the Executive Director at Humanitarian OpenStreetMap Team, with a background in open data, digital development, and humanitarian action. He envisions a world where every individual's knowledge is freely available, contributing to a more just and equitable society.

Tyler's educational journey includes a Bachelor of Science in Management with concentrations in Computer Science/Information Systems from Boston College and a Masters in International Affairs, Economic, and Political Development from Columbia University.

With a wealth of experience spanning the public, private, nonprofit, and international humanitarian sectors, Tyler has held significant roles at organizations like the American Red Cross, United Nations, Deloitte Consulting, and National Disaster Interfaiths Network.

Tyler Radford is a 2020 TED Audacious Project and 2021 Million Lives Club inductee, reflecting his commitment to leveraging digital tools and data for positive change. His expertise lies in digital tech, ICT4D, open knowledge, mapping, and geography.

Joining the global Humanitarian OpenStreetMap community, Tyler advocates for the representation of communities worldwide through digital maps, ensuring that every person can share their local knowledge effectively.
