Highlights
In Nature Portfolio this week, I write about how postdoctoral woes, especially in biomedical research, are symptomatic of a wider problem. Our entire system for how we do science needs re-imagining. The postdoc is the most urgent problem, but not the only one. The postdoc is one node in our faltering system, and systemic problems aren’t solved by addressing one node alone.
