Ugo Cavenaghi, a seasoned manager, is the President and CEO of Collège Sainte-Anne. He has been leading the largest and only private educational institution in Quebec since 2006 with 3000 students and nearly 400 employees across two campuses in Lachine and Dorval.

Under his leadership, Collège Sainte-Anne has been recognized for its boldness, pedagogical innovation, and technological integration, focusing on future-oriented education. Established in 1861, the college has evolved into a prominent reference in education.

Apart from his role at Collège Sainte-Anne, Ugo Cavenaghi is a founding member of Factry, the school of creativity sciences in Montreal. He has received accolades such as Business Personality of Lachine in 2009 and the Recognition Award from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Southwest Montreal in 2010.

In 2016, he was honored with the Excellence Award by the Association of General Directors of Private Education Institutions. Ugo has co-authored three essays starting from 2017 focusing on innovative education ideas. He frequently delivers speeches on educational innovation both in Canada and internationally.

Ugo Cavenaghi's academic background includes an MBA from HEC Montréal and a Master's in Education Management from Université de Montréal. He also pursued studies in Strategic Management and Marketing at HEC Montréal and Sports Science at Université Rennes II - Haute-Bretagne.

His previous roles include serving as a lecturer at Université de Sherbrooke, Director of Educational Services at Collège Sainte-Anne de Lachine, and Deputy Head at École secondaire Pierre-Laporte.
