Usman Iftikhar, named Commonwealth Young Person of the Year 2018 by HRH Prince Harry, is a systems entrepreneur focused on solving global warming and the global refugee crisis. With 10 years of experience in for-profits and not-for-profits in multiple countries, Usman has a diverse background in art, history, science, technology, music, and education. He is a Singularity University Fellow and a Mobility working group lead for Australia at G20 Young Entrepreneurs' Alliance. He is also the CEO of Catalysr, a pre-accelerator for migrants and refugees. Usman holds an Executive Program in Social Entrepreneurship from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, a Master's degree in Engineering Management from the University of Wollongong, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology.
