Patreon’s creator base and product portfolio are growing, and we are hiring skilled data scientists to help with this growth!
Over the past year, some amazing teammates have joined Patreon. We have been busy building some great new features for our creators such as Patreon video, a product that has a 80% retention rate with creators. There is much more exciting stuff to come this year!
As we bring these new products to market, we take a data-informed approach to learning and decision making. We test product changes using experimentation and other inference methods, and use data-based insights as an input to product iteration.
We are expanding our data science team to work on this expanding product footprint for our growing and diverse creator base. If you want to use your data science chops to help creators get paid, and influence product direction at Patreon, please apply for our open DS roles at
