Vaishali Neotia is an accomplished individual who founded and managed a technology startup for the last decade. Her startup received investment from The Boeing Company and was part of Facebook's AR/VR Startup Garage program. With a strong focus on Extended Reality for Enterprise, she specialized in the Manufacturing sector with the product RED, a no-code XR platform repurposing CAD data for engineering management.

She is deeply committed to empowering underrepresented groups economically and dedicates her time to various initiatives. Vaishali actively participates in committees, boards, business and technology conferences, youth summits, and mentors students and aspiring entrepreneurs. She collaborates with organizations like Nasscom, AnitaB.org, TiE, Women In Tech, Vedica, US State Dept., British Deputy High Commission, AIESEC, and universities to mentor and inspire youth in the fields of technology, entrepreneurship, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
With a strong educational background, Vaishali Neotia completed the Global Innovation Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, the Goldman Sachs 10000 Women Entrepreneurs program at Indian School of Business, and holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Osmania University. She completed her schooling with ICSE & ISC at La Martiniere For Girls School.
Having held strategic roles in various organizations, Vaishali Neotia was formerly involved in Strategic Ecosystem Partnerships at Endiya Partners, served as a Consultant at Ashoka, and held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Merxius.

Words have power. That's maybe why the tongue is creatively described as being 'sharp', 'silver', 'golden' etc. That's also possibly why some of us love the feel of certain sounds and mantras. Though I like to think I am an empathetic listener, I often find myself being candid and vulnerable and sharing so much of me through words. Sometimes people listen and like the thought train and opinion rainbows. Sometimes they relate, eye roll, differ and sometimes they print. This interview was special for 2 reasons. One, the magazine has the same name as the product my decade long 1st entrepreneurial journey culminated in - RED. Two - it was cathartic in many ways. I realised how much influence my father had in shaping who I became. Even though I didn't, I hope he knew. Because I no more have the chance to tell him. Anne Frank once said that we give more flowers to dead people than living ones, because regret is stronger than gratitude. Learning to be more #Grateful #ExpressLove #Love
