Venai Shenoy holds a Master's Degree in Energy Economics & Policy from Duke University Nicholas School of the Environment and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Florida.

With a rich professional background, Venai Shenoy has held various key positions in different organizations, including Vice President, Senior Director, Director, and Manager of Development at Avantus, as well as Manager of Site Development at Recurrent Energy.

Venai Shenoy has also contributed to the renewable energy sector through roles such as Analyst of Project Development at Adapture Renewables, Inc., and in internships at EDP Renewables and the U.S. Department of State Consular Section.

Further showcasing expertise and commitment, Venai Shenoy served as a Research Assistant in the Wetlands Lab at Duke University, highlighting a broad spectrum of experience and knowledge in the field of renewable energy and environmental affairs.
