I'm going to be a student again! This fall, I'll be moving to Barcelona, Spain to pursue my MBA at IESE Business School, ranked this year as the #5 MBA program in the world!

I discovered IESE back in 2021, as I've always had a desire to live in Spain, but I didn't feel like it was the right time to go back to school. This past year, after a string of bad luck in my career between tech layoffs and joining a startup that ultimately shutdown without notice, I realized there was never going to be a better time.

I'm excited to head back to school to:

  • learn new skills (maybe I'll figure out debits vs credits this time in accounting)
  • meet a group of diverse people (through an 85% international class)
  • experience a new country (time to whip out that high school Spanish)
  • and ultimately gain exposure to a whole new set of career paths (if any of you need an intern summer 2025, I'm your girl)

Everyone I've met in the IESE community has been so generous with their time and showed me that not only was IESE beneficial to their careers, but also to their development as a person. Thank you to everyone who helped me leading up to this point, and a special shoutout to Jacob Covey for such a thoughtful and seamless admissions process. ¡Vamos a España!
