Victor Scotti, Jr. is a dedicated professional who focuses on creating career access and economic opportunities for Black men in Corporate America through the development of cultural wealth.

With over 10 years of experience in student development, career readiness, employee engagement, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) at top global companies, Victor Scotti, Jr. is committed to empowering Black men beyond the limitations imposed by systemic racism.

He is the Founder & Chief Inspiration Officer at Moving Mountains, LLC, a company that accelerates Black college men's self-efficacy through various support mechanisms like job shadowing, mentorship, and socio-emotional assistance.

Victor's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, Urban Education Research, Policy, and Practice, and Africana Studies from the University of Pennsylvania. He also obtained a DEI Leadership Institute Certification from Loyola University Chicago.

His expertise is grounded in data-driven research on cultural wealth, racial identity, Black masculinity formation, and positive intelligence theories, which he implements in his curriculum to uplift Black men.

Professionally, Victor has held significant roles such as Program Manager, Emerging Talent at Netflix, Business HR Program Manager, TechExchange Program Lead, Learning & Development Program Manager, Lead of HBCU Computer Science Summer Institute Programs, and Global Employee Engagement Manager at Google.

His work is a testament to his belief in freedom and joy for Black men, striving to transcend the confines of hegemonic White supremacy. Victor Scotti, Jr.'s passion extends beyond his professional endeavors, as he is an avid reader, writer, traveler, and collector of children's books.
