Looking for a change of pace for a bit? Wanting to dip your toe into the manufacturing side of things? Here's your opportunity! Not for nothing, I'm a good manager, I come with references :)
Whew! Today my up-for-anything training team concluded the last of our new webinar format. We turned things upside down by asking our participants to do pre-work, talk to each other in breakout rooms, and not dumping 50 mins worth of information on them. It was our first attempt at implementing some of the skills we learned from Virtual Facilitation. We learned a lot. Meaning some things failed. Some participants didn't like it much. But challenging the norm takes time and perseverance. Change is hard. Thankfully I have a supportive and willing team! Onwards and upwards. #teamworkmakesthedreamwork #learning #betterwebinars
