Victoria Melendez is dedicated to fostering inclusive economic development in small to mid-sized cities through partnership building and data-driven strategies.

She holds a Master's Degree in Urban and Regional Policy from Northeastern University, a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature, General and Linguistics from the University of Florida, and an International Baccalaureate Diploma from Coral Reef Senior High School.

Victoria has held key positions at various organizations including being a Program Officer at Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC), a Senior Policy Analyst at UnidosUS (formerly National Council of La Raza), and a Strategic Engagement Team Coordinator at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston.

Her prior roles include serving as a Community Development Outreach/Analyst Intern at the Working Cities Challenge at the Federal Reserve Bank, a Research Assistant at the Dukakis Center for Urban and Regional Policy, and a Student Recruitment Intern at Bottom Line.

Victoria Melendez has also worked as a Tour Director at Holland America Line and Princess Cruises Alaska and the Yukon, a Director Of Communications at Keller Williams Advantage Realty, and a Language Assistant at the English Language Institute.
