Victoria Schmidt is a professional with a diverse background in sustainable food & agriculture, cooking, food business, impact investment, non-profit conservation, and public relations. During her time studying and working abroad in Italy, France, and Ireland, she gained valuable international experience. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History from Yale University and completed a 12-week certificate course in Cooking and Related Culinary Arts at Ballymaloe Cookery School. Victoria also attended Ethical Culture Fieldston School for her high school education and participated in programs at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and American University Center of Provence for further education.
