I’m happy to share that I've been promoted to Director for Career Development at Whitman College!
Today, a few hours before the class of ‘24 at Whitman College is walking across the stage to graduate, I reflect on the importance of leadership. This is a group of smart, talented and passionate individuals. Our students are change agents and future leaders who will leave a positive and lasting mark on their communities. — One of the key attributes of great leadership is generosity as Joe Davis, Chair of the Board of Trustees at Whitman, writes in his recent book: The Generous Leader. I finished reading it a few weeks ago and highly recommend it. It’s an excellent read; full of actionable advice and tangible examples that illustrate the importance of authentic communication, generosity and respect for each other.
