Dr. Vidya Eswaran is an Emergency Medicine Physician based in San Francisco, with a keen interest in public health, health policy, and medical education. She is dedicated to making a positive impact in her community and excels in guiding and supporting others towards achieving common objectives.

Her educational background includes a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree from Baylor College of Medicine, a SB in Biology from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and completion of the Texas Academy of Mathematics and Science program at the University of North Texas.

Dr. Eswaran is associated with various prestigious organizations including being a National Clinician Scholars Program Fellow and Emergency Physician at the University of California, San Francisco. She has held leadership roles such as Chair of the EMRA Diversity and Inclusion Committee at the Emergency Medicine Residents' Association and served as a Resident Physician at McGaw Medical Center of Northwestern University. Moreover, she has contributed her expertise as a Subcommittee Chair at the Emergency Medicine Residents' Association and as a Content Contributor at Emergency Public Health and Policy Prescriptions.

During her academic journey, Dr. Eswaran also demonstrated outstanding leadership as the President of the Baylor College of Medicine Emergency Medicine Interest Group and as the Founder and Advisor of Camp Kesem Rice University. She has contributed significantly to healthcare initiatives as the President of BCM Medical Miles and Mentorship Program and through her role as an Intern at Gryphon Scientific. Furthermore, she provided guidance as an Advisor at Camp Kesem MIT and held the position of Chief at MIT Emergency Medical Services.
