Outside of Amazon, Viet-An’s experience includes working as an Industrial & Operations Engineer at SanDisk, where he was instrumental in driving operational improvements and enhancing production systems. He also served as an Associate Consultant in Supply Chain at CSC, where he provided strategies that optimized supply chain processes and ultimately improved the bottom line for various clients. His early career included a role as a Graduate Research Assistant at UC Berkeley, contributing to valuable research that has further informed his practice in engineering and operations.
