Vincent B. Davis, CEM, MCP, NEMAA, is a seasoned consultant, author, and speaker specializing in emergency management planning, training, crisis management, community relations, program management, and development.

Having served 23 years in the U.S. Air Force, Air and Army National Guard, Vincent has a robust background in emergency management, with professional experiences at FEMA, American Red Cross, Walgreens Co., Sony, and Amazon.

As a proud U.S. Military Veteran, Vincent is deeply committed to improving outcomes for communities affected by disasters. He has worked extensively in underserved communities, focusing on training, preparedness planning, and collaboration with tribal partners, community organizations, and veterans.

Vincent holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Harris University and has pursued further education at Roosevelt University.
