His previous roles reflect a rich career path that includes impactful positions such as Managing Principal at Ryan Property Group, where he spearheaded various real estate operations, and being a Council Member and Strategic Advisor at the Real Estate Finance & Investment Center of the Red McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin. These roles have reinforced his commitment to bridging practical experience with academic insight, further enhancing the educational landscape for upcoming professionals in real estate.
Prior to his leadership roles, Vinyl honed his skills as an Associate in the Commercial Real Estate sector at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, focusing on tax credit investments and special assets. He also made significant contributions as a Senior Associate at Marcus & Millichap, handling hospitality and land transactions. Early in his career, he served as an Analyst for Marwin Group, specializing in private equity within retail, restaurant, and media sectors. Each of these positions has played a critical role in shaping his expertise and understanding of the multifaceted aspects of real estate and investment strategies.
