Vivian Chan is the co-founder of East Meets Dress, a modern fashion company that creates contemporary cheongsams (qipaos) for Asian-American brides.12 She founded the company with her best friend and Yale University classmate, Jenn Qiao, in February 2019.4 Their mission is to bring more Asian-American representation and inclusion to the traditional wedding industry.12
