Over the years, Vivian has held significant positions such as Commissioner at Seattle Arts Commission, Chair at Seattle Arts Commission, and Executive Producer at Seattle Theatre Group - STGtv.

Her career highlights also include serving as Director of Communications and Marketing at Seattle Theatre Group, Transition Executive Director at Langston Hughes Performing Arts Center, and Director of Communications for Seattle Mayor Paul Schell.

Additionally, she is a Co-Founder of The Hansberry Project, showcasing her entrepreneurial spirit within the arts community.

Vivian Phillips has also been actively involved in hosting interviews, talent management, arts management, education, and producing, demonstrating a versatile skill set and a passion for the arts.
