Came across one very interesting article on How Leaders Can Create a Purpose-Driven Culture. Bridging purpose, performance, ability to guide difficult decisions while incorporating team member's perspectives. And how Purpose driven culture could fuel success of the company. And finally, a fact that the Employees, not a CEO only, make a firm purposeful and profitable.

I do not post often, but my today’s 9 years with Raiffeisenbank work anniversary made me think about this mark and what it means to me? Even though it is not a nice and round date J.

In the world filled with galaxy of opportunities it becomes way more easy to change a job than it is to stay. Every time I made my choice to stay and continue it was after I asked myself why do I want to leave and why do I want to stay?

Of course, it is always more complex, but if to leave this complexity aside for a moment, to me it has been up to the Values of the company I work in and People I work with. Right values gave me freedom to do things that inspire me and great people gave me a chance to learn from them.

No one knows the future, but reflecting on past experience helps me to feel personal accomplishment and appreciate great talented people around me.
