Betting on US elections 20 years in advance?

In 2024, is it possible that the majority of U.S. Congress can write faster with a pen than type? However, Americans under 40 may prefer to type. I have an idea for saving American lives and productivity. This should help save lives before there will be pandemics or wars in the future.

Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) should get funds to provide public computers. People will be able to type important tips to fbi.gov as well as apply to jobs for FBI, NSA, and DoD. This should increase security and safety of Americans.

Imagine how many more citizens of China, India, or employees of big companies inside the United States would be able to communicate with the FBI? People in these groups have devices that are instantly hacked inside the United States, even if their device doesn't make hard drive noises. If you think, "if I posted this on the internet, it would go viral and be bad for the company" then the investors already thought of that and have organized people to counter that if you wait.

The news about such a program will uniquely raise awareness for people to visit FBI right away. People will be encouraged to share information and strange experiences at home or work before criminals physically attack them with organized crime to try to get people to use their personal devices.
