One Powerful Habit of Wealthy People
Let me get straight to it -
Wealthy people pay themselves first!
What does this mean?
Paying yourself first means that you set aside money for investments and savings before you spend money on ANYTHING else.
If your goal is to save 15% of your income, put that 15% away before you pay for anything else.
Automatically have that money put into an investment account before you pay anything, including your bond, your taxes, creditors etc.
• Paying a bond is taking care of the bank. • Paying taxes is takes care of the government.
...it’s only when you’re paying for either basic necessities, food and clothing etc. and investing, that you’re taking care of yourself and your family.
You wanna be wealthy?
PAY YOURSELF FIRST!
That’s your top priority.
That’s what you want to do first.
Not easy, but worth it.
Peace.

Have Smart Plan B
One of the great lessons I learnt from a well respected teacher is -
Have a Great Plan B
Enthusiasm is a valuable emotion, and so is determination.
These are both very important qualities for achieving success - But there’s a truth that’s not often spoken of. It’s this -
Neither of these qualities will make a bad idea work.
All this “positive thinking” (and feeling) can sometimes blind you to signals that your great idea isn’t working.
Be mindful of this.
If you see that something isn’t working, switch to another course of action (...your Plan B). Do this before you lose a ton of money and months (or even years) of time and energy.
Your Plan B is just as important as your Plan A. Sometimes even more important.
Ted Turner had a Plan B that saved CNN and eventually made him a billionaire... So did Bill Gates, Warren Buffet also...
I say this to ensure that you and your loved ones are protected from some harsh realities that others have ignored until it’s too late - but this won’t be you?
You’re too smart.
Another example:
The Great DJ, Armin Van Buuren has said many times that he finished his law degree so that if the DJ thing doesn’t work out, he’ll have a good fall back. Hmm
Be Smart. Be Great!
Peace.
