Wafa Eben Beri is a change leader with over 12 years of experience in developing and delivering strategy, capacity-building, and stakeholder engagement programs focused on social justice, diversity and inclusion, and economic development.

Having previously worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, Wafa has collaborated with clients globally, tackling intricate challenges, driving transformations, and creating value.

Wafa is known for her achievements as an Obama Foundation Scholar, a Globes 40 under 40 honoree, and a Ben Gurion University Graduate Excellence Award recipient, for her contributions to the shared society space in Israel and beyond.

Her educational background includes a Master of Arts in International Development and Policy from the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago, a Master's degree in Conflict Management and Resolution from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, and a Bachelor's Degree in Health Systems Management from the same university.

Wafa has also engaged in various roles across different organizations, such as being a head of the Government and Policy Department at the Ministry for Social Equality, a lecturer at Ben Gurion University, a director at AJEEC-NISPED, and a participant in the US-Middle East Partnership Initiative (MEPI) at the U.S. Department of State.
