Wei Cong Seah is an experienced investment manager and venture capitalist based in Singapore, currently serving as the Investment Manager at ARKRAY Corporate Venture Capital (CVC) since January 2022. In this role, he is responsible for establishing and managing ARKRAY's new $87 million CVC unit, focusing on investments in innovative healthcare and foodtech startups globally.

Prior to his position at ARKRAY, Seah worked at SPH Ventures, the venture capital arm of Singapore Press Holdings, from October 2017 to March 2021. During his tenure there, he managed a $75 million fund that invested in early and growth-stage startups across various sectors, including digital media, fintech, and e-commerce.12 His experience also includes roles as a Senior Investment Associate at an overseas family office and as a Startup Scout at NUS Enterprise, where he developed initiatives to support startups founded by NUS alumni.1

Before transitioning into venture capital, Wei Cong Seah practiced as a corporate lawyer for four years, specializing in private equity and corporate law. He holds a law degree and is a licensed Advocate & Solicitor in Singapore.1
