Before pivoting to career coaching, Wendy was the founding Executive Director of IFFCON in San Francisco, a nationally recognized media organization. She played a pivotal role in establishing IFFCON as a premier forum for independent film development in the United States.
During her tenure at IFFCON, Wendy skillfully cultivated strategic partnerships with various institutions across the country, as well as initiated international collaborations that extended the organization’s reach into Canada, Asia, and Europe. Her vision and leadership were instrumental in launching SilverDocs, an influential documentary film festival in Washington, D.C., in collaboration with the Discovery Channel and the American Film Institute.
Wendy’s contributions to the nonprofit sector have not gone unnoticed. She is the proud recipient of the prestigious Gerbode Fellowship, awarded annually to exceptional nonprofit executives who have demonstrated extraordinary leadership and impact in their organizations.
