Wendy Macedo has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources processes, talent attraction, development and retention, training programs, organizational climate and culture, organizational communication, competence management, compensation and benefits, labor relations, change management, budget development, social responsibility, diversity and inclusion programs, among others.

She also has experience in the customer service field, ranging from direct customer service to managing customer management processes like elite customer programs, post-sales service, customer satisfaction surveys, and market intelligence.

Wendy has a Master's degree in Sports Coaching and High-Performance Psychology from Unisport Management School, a Master's degree in Organizational and Industrial Psychology from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica, and a Bachelor's degree in Labor Psychology from Costa Rica Jobs.

Throughout her career, Wendy has held various positions, including HR Manager roles at CRCC Costa Rica, Latin America Technology Outsourcing Services, GBM Corp, Subway, Praxair, Grupo Q, and as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte. She has also worked as an Independent HR/Customer Service Consultant.

Her expertise spans across multiple areas such as HR management, customer service, organizational psychology, coaching, and change management.
