Wendy Stiver is a highly educated individual with a diverse academic background. She holds a Master of Science (MS) in Criminal Justice from the University of Cincinnati, a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Wright State University, an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Sinclair Community College, and a Master of Science (MS) in Social Justice from The University of Edinburgh.

With a solid educational foundation, Wendy Stiver has held various key positions in different organizations. Currently, she serves as the Director of Research & Procedural Justice at the Charleston Police Department. Previously, she was a Law Enforcement Advancing Data and Science (LEADS) Scholar at the National Institute of Justice and the International Association of Chiefs of Police. She also worked as an Adjunct Instructor in Applied Behavioral Sciences at Wright State University, a Major at the Dayton Police Department, and as a Military Police/Protective Agent in the US Army.

Throughout her career, Wendy Stiver has demonstrated expertise in research, procedural justice, data and science in law enforcement, applied behavioral sciences, and leadership roles within police departments and academic institutions. Her academic achievements, combined with her hands-on experience in various law enforcement and military settings, make her a valuable asset in the field of criminal justice and social justice.
