Wesley Bonner is an experienced professional in the marketing and digital media industry, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Marketing & Audience Development at Bustle Digital Group.

In his role, Wesley oversees various aspects of consumer marketing, social strategy, talent management, newsletter marketing, revenue support, and content strategy, distribution, and discovery across multiple popular platforms including Bustle, NYLON, Elite Daily, The Zoe Report, Inverse, Romper, and Scary Mommy.

Prior to his current position, Wesley was the General Manager at Elite Daily, where he managed social media strategy, partnerships, and distribution while collaborating with editorial, sales, and analytics teams as the lead operational and growth strategist.

Before joining Elite Daily, Wesley held the position of Director of Content Operations at Condé Nast, where he led a team supporting all 23 brands within Condé's portfolio in digital content strategy and distribution.

With a strong educational background, Wesley Bonner pursued various degrees including Advanced Social Media from The University of San Francisco, a Master's in Higher Education Administration, a Master of Science in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration, and a Bachelor's in Public Communication, among others.

Throughout his career, Wesley has held key roles at prestigious organizations such as BDG, Elite Daily, Condé Nast, and HowAboutWe, where he showcased his expertise and leadership in marketing, audience development, social media, content operations, and digital content strategy.
