Will Gossin is an accomplished professional with over a decade of experience in developing and teaching innovative approaches to help individuals and groups realize the potential of their ideas.

He has also served as a Director, Leadership and Policy Innovation, and Sr. Associate Director at the Polsky Center at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, showcasing his expertise in organizational design and knowledge management.
