A little update! After a great run at Power Play with my friends and mentors Asi and Itzik, I'm going solo. My new consultancy will continue to serve non-endemic clients who want to understand esports and whether and how it makes sense to get involved (and I'm not afraid to say "no" if I think that's what's right, even if it means I'm losing business). I've signed Microsoft and Dave & Buster's as my first clients, and we're already working on some extremely cool projects.
Given that I'm still working towards my PhD, I'll be taking clients on a case-by-case basis and at an hourly rate only. But if your organization is curious about esports, feel free to message me and we'll see if we can work together.

My first ever LinkedIn update! While I continue to work towards my doctorate in communication at the University of North Carolina, I've taken a part-time position at Power Play, a consultancy based in New York that specializes in gaming and esports. Most of my work for Power Play entails market evaluation and strategy review, which lets me put my passion for research and expertise in professional gaming into action.
