Highlights
Shortly after we brought our first son home, someone told me: "The days will seem like years, but the years will seem like days." We brought said firstborn home a few months ago, and yet, he is finishing his junior year in high school in a few weeks.
That statement has proven wise, and I've learned it has universal applicability.
Megan O'Neill, Mark Tarango, and I launched DTO about three weeks ago....or so it seems. Nevertheless, people keep telling me this week marks our five year anniversary.
It has been a wonderful ride so far, and I am incredibly grateful to the clients and colleagues that have been part of the journey so far. Perhaps more importantly, I think the DTO future is extremely bright, and I'm very much looking forward to, what will seem, like the next three weeks.
I usually save the lighthearted stuff for Facebook, but this is sort of work-related so I’m dropping it here as well. My FB post from this morning:
That awkward moment, right before you leave the hotel room on your way to the work conference, when you realize you’ve accidentally dressed like Han Solo today.
